In Italian called "Inchiostro Ferrogallico", a dark ink born from the alchemical relationship between nature and science. 100% bio, water-based, made with oak gall apples locally sourced and ground by a Dutch paint mill built-in 1781. This ink can be used to draw, paint or write and for printing techniques such as screen printing.

In the Middle Ages, two types of black inks were usually used: carbon black and iron-gall ink. Gallic ink is been used since the third century and was used by the likes of Leonardo da Vinci, Johann Sebastian Bach, Rembrandt van Rijn, and Vincent van Gogh.

Development of my research project "Handmade natural inks and organic screenprinting". In collaboration with Grafische Werkplaats Den Haag and made possible by Gemeente Den Haag
